The fully CNC four-roller plate rolling machine is a microcomputer-controlled four-roller plate rolling machine. It can load metal sheets at one time and complete the pre-bending and rolling of the sheet ends without turning around. The remaining straight edge is small. It is an ideal equipment for rolling round and arc-shaped workpieces. The upper working roll of the machine is the main driving roll, and the lower roll and side roll are passive rolls. The lower roll and side roll are hydraulically driven. The lifting and displacement are all controlled by the computer, and the leveling is automatic. The screen digital display has a synchronization accuracy of ±0.2mm. The turning and resetting of the turning bearing body are driven by hydraulic pressure. The tail of the upper roll is equipped with a balancing mechanism, which can facilitate the unloading of the rolled workpiece and cylinder. It is equipped with a mobile independent operating table for the convenience of workers to use and a safety interlocking device. The machine has full functions, high precision and easy operation. It is an ideal model for rolling round, arc and conical workpieces in the petroleum, chemical, boiler, shipbuilding, hydropower, metal structure and other industries.
